Bios:
Steven Getzoff is a senior litigation partner at the New York firm LESTER SCHWAB KATZ & DWYER and has represented members of the pool and spa industry for over thirty years. Since 2001 he has served as Outside National Counsel for the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (formerly APSP and NSPI). He works with many of the leading manufacturers and numerous builders and dealers in the industry in defending or preventing lawsuits. He is a frequent presenter at the Pool & Spa Expo, the Atlantic City Show, and many regional or virtual gatherings.
Alex Horton is a Partner at BRBG. He specializes in Home, Auto, Life, and Commercial Insurance with his team from BRBG. BRBG is a full-service insurance Agency in Shelton Connecticut with a mix of personal and business clients. Alex and his team have a passion and experience for serving and insuring pool contractors and sub-contractors within the pool and spa industry throughout the Northeast. Alex currently serves on the Conspa board, the Pivot Ministries board, and is an assistant high school football coach at Staples High School. Alex and his family live in Westport Connecticut.
